The worker's are pleasant and accommodating. The menu includes a variety of delicious and healthy foods. Service is also speedy and usually without error.
I literally always give this Panera the benefit of the doubt since I work so close to here, numerous times when I do delivery my order is wrong, as well as it being pick up a couple of times. But today was the end of it, I can't even count how many times I've been to this one, the convenience of it is great, but literally every time I order either something is made incorrectly, or something is missing. There was a time where they gave me someone else's order, and then took over an hour to bring my original order! Today my bagel was so burnt it was basically inedible. hard as a rock, along with missing items, and my sandwich being incorrectly made. I am 100% done with this location. I will seek to the colonial heights location for my business, if I bother to give it to Panera again.
I love Panera bread...... this was my first and probably will be my last time I visit this location. I placed my order for rapid pick up and upon waiting for my order I was told what I ordered wasn’t available. I was a little disappointed but hey, that was okay. The staff was joking and talking the entire time. Received my order and I was missing food, sandwiches made incorrectly, white bread was hard because they gave me the end pieces of the bread. I think if the staff focus on more on completing orders correctly and stop talking and playing things would run a lot smoother.
For the most part our food was on par with Panera Bread's standards. However they did not correctly make my wife's salad. This alone is not enough to earn less than 3 stars. However when my wife went to ask them to remake her order. The associate was very rude and tried blaming the cashier. The cashier did an excellent job read our order back to us 3 times and our receipt showed she had rung our order in correctly. My wife worked as a cashier 3 years and was a trainer for over 2 at the Tech Road Panera Bread in Silver Spring MD. So she knows how to read the receipts and proper procedure. The associate then proceeded to have attitude in front of my wife while remaking her salad to the point that one of her co-workers had to correct her, and my wife's remade order was still wrong the second time. I will not be returning to this panera.
