Best customer service ever! Sales man Darin was very professional, and awesome with my kids! Owner was just as welcoming. Will recommend. Only problem with the car are the tires. I took the car to get the oil changed, and was told I need new tires asap because they are unsafe, and will not pass inspection. It upsets me the vehicles aren't looked over by a mechanic until it's sold, or else maybe we would have been warned?
the car i purchased was in good condition except for some issues that once poped up they took care of for me. JOYCE was my sales rep and she was absolutly amazing with me.
I don't typically write reviews however I know it is hard to find a used car dealer that you can trust. This is that place! I unfortunately totaled my car and had to get another one. My parents insisted that I go to Chester Auto World and talk to the owner Linden. I had not planned to buy a car that day when I went however, they made everything so easy and I found a car I loved. It has been over a year and still the best decision I ever made! They are great!
