This location is ripping people off. I prepaid 1 week in advance for a full size vehicle. Upon arriving they stated they did not have any full size vehicle and would have to charge me 7 dollars per day for a different vehicle. I explained that I did not want to pay more they stated that is policy. I called Budget customer care line and they stated THE STORE SHOULD NOT HAVE CHARGED ME. BUDGET stated they should refund me. I arrived here and they charged me 31.50 for an hour LATE to return.
They all ways do their best.
The process for picking up your rental us less is about 5 minutes at counter and 5 to examine the car. The staff is very friendly and the selection of cars is very good. There is absolutely no waiting behind others.
My only downside for this location is there is no night drop box. Otherwise, my experience has been wonderful.
