I moved here from New Jersey. It was a challenge finding an Auto repair shop that I could trust. I did a search around my area and came across C&J Auto. That was 1 year ago. They have been very realiable, trust worth and always have time to complete service request. Due to driving 2 hours and 15 daily, I had been going to get my oil change too frequently. I appreciate the Service Manager informing me in regards to that. He saved me from wasting money unnecessarily. Olivia and Jennifer, you both are awesome. I appreciate your great customer service!!!!

I called all around the city of Richmond looking for a shop to do my inspection and everyone was either closed or they weren't taking in any more vehicles for the day, mind you it was only 2PM. That's until I called C&J and spoke with Lisa who took care of me and made sure i was able to get inspected. Thanks Lisa and C&J for the excellent customer service !!!
A few weeks ago, I dropped my car off to get an inspection and a couple of tires put on. Put my keys in the drop box (simultaneously wrestling with my 2 Great Danes) and walked home.
Unfortunately, the keys got stuck and nobody realized which was really more my fault. To make a long story short, Bob was able to get my car taken car of the same day despite all the bumps in the road. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to make a family meeting out of town.
I've stopped here twice in the past 2 months as a damsel in distress, no appointment and both times the team at C&L have come to rescue without question. Genuine & honest services that can't be beat. Fairly priced.
