Just had my car serviced at this location for their deluxe interior detail. Brandy and her team exceeded my expectations and truly placed great care into my car. I own a dog and I train outdoors so my interior was run down, stained, and full of hair. They were able to get rid of the stubborn hair and gave my interior a face lift. I felt like I drove out of the dealership with a new car all over again. I highly recommend this location and will be returning for future services.

To begin with my experience at a detail shop called Flagstop. I have detailed my entire life, and owned/operated a detail shop in my life. First thing is I had left a positive review but seems as it was removed! Let this one stay so we know the truth! I come to Flagstop around the evening time to get my brand new car detailed. Mind you it's used but I still want my possessions to look clean. The front manager was a bit rude telling me the wait time. From my experience you don't tell the customer a wait time? Do you want to lose business? NO! I get my car washed through the tunnel and come out the end. NOW my car does look good BUT they aren't busy like the attendant made it seem as! Two young men clean my car as I walk off to get myself something to eat in the mean time. Now I explained to these two young men what I wanted done, I come back with no complaints on this. BUT my WHITE WALLS, now at this point is where it gets bad! I lose patience in the fact of spending $34.99 and not getting what I paid for! The white walls on my expensive tires had to be cleaned (EACH) four times. I asked for the manager multiple times as a young sixteen year old comes to me to talk. I give her advice on some of my detailing experience on the products she needs so the young man cleanin my car isn't dying and over working himself to please me! Now the young man did a great job and that's where my one star comes into play for the service. They cleaned my car right but I had to wait and wait. Now the manager brushes me off because it's closing time. After I give the situation at hand to her she leaves, acting like she knows better than me! I have been in this business for 20 years. Now my biggest issue, is the key was left in the inside of the car. Not the tire or hood! You never leave the keys inside because my doors locked themselves as I was taking pictures of the great work done! I proceed to tell them. Hello my keys are locked in the car from you guys sir, mam, what are you going to do? They left me up there to fend for myself till nearly 9 at night and will come to terms to pay for the money I had to shell out for a break in fee. Overall Flagstop is good service in some ways but you don't want to spend the money you make there! Thank you
I paid 34.99 to have my car cleaned inside and out agreed to their 30 min wait because my car needed it and still ended up with a half clean so shield and dusty interior. My car isn't horribly dirty ever so just assuming I don't care for that to be wiped down is horrible.
