I love love love this dentist. Dr flowers is always super nice and good to my kids, the girls that he has as assistants, are very sweet and gentle. My kids don't fight with me to go to the dentist anymore. The newer location is amazing and much closer to my house. But the 30 minute drive before that was worth it. Fabulous staff, fabulous location, fabulous everything.
I'm new to the Chester area and was looking for a dentistry and found this one which I thought would be good. I was wrong. Granted the receptionist and the hygienist were very friendly and pleasant, I did not like how all of the kids were being seen in one huge room with separate chairs. There was no privacy at all. Dr. Cronly wanted my daughter to get laughing gas and a shot in order to get her fillings done. Why suggest both? Seems like a money scam to me. I also did not like their billing policy. They wanted me to pay the entire fee up front even though I have insurance. I've never heard of anything like this before. If it wasn't for the friendly staff, I would have given them 1 star.
The ladies were awesome they made my children feel very comfortable. The front desk staff were also very pleasant, thank you for everything!!!

Rude! Called to make my child an appointment. Was told by receptionist "you can't come back her, the doctor won't give second chances since your daughter missed her app" I explained to her that my baby had surgery on her throat & i called to inform them of that. She cut me off by saying "that wasn't our fault & our doctor doesn't give second chances".. Never again will i call or take my children here!
