Kohl's in the past has had some good sales, but this store is a mess. On some recent visits, it looked like something had exploded in the place. Example, in the men's jeans department, all the jeans are entirely mixed up , by brand, by size, by style, nothing is in it's place. On another trip, when asking a saleslady if they had any 501 jeans, all she could tell me was she knew they had some, but not where they were and I would have to look through all the jeans to find them. I have no idea if they make any effort to organize anything but I've been there enough to think they don't and always leave without buying anything. I was with a friend looking for Van's shoes and after an exhaustive search we finally found a few pair, in a section where someone had crossed off the name of one brand of shoe and scribbled in magic marker over it "Vans". Wow, that looked professional ! The place is a dump and even the sales are too many of the
I went in once recently and the whole store was trashed. It was like a Tuesday in the middle of the day so there was no reason it should look that bad. I left and just came back to give it a second chance thinking maybe it was a fluke one time thing. Boy was I wrong. Once again it was a disaster and my husband couldn’t find anything. There were pants all over the floor and nobody even TRYING to fix it. I’m just really shocked at the lack of attention. I am a store manager of another retailer and I would be losing it if I walked in my store and my team let it look like the standards in this Kohl’s.
Use to shop in Chester store near my home and come out with everything I need and frequently on line. I have had a 65 dollar gift card for 5 months. Recent visit I went in knowing what I wanted. Wanted a bra to where under sleeveless tops. Even had brand of one I have and number. Stayed in dept for 30 minutes. Spent time picking bras off floor to keep from stepping on them. Never found one , could not find anyone to even direct me to find one. Have largest bra dept than anywhere you could shop. Only employees you see are one or two at checkout. Going to try Khols in P.C. FL this winter before I give up.
Love this store. It has quickly become one of my favs . They have great sales plus extra percents off. They also have Kohl's cash which you earn by spending a certain amount which comes in handy when shopping for sale items. I'm almost completely done Xmas shopping thanks to Kohl's with their super sales plus percents off along with Kohls cash I've bought a lot of stuff for practically nothing.
Kohl's Is a very Nice & Clean Store Always. My Dad Loves You guys. It's a Great Store To purchase things For The home, Things For Her, Things For Him. It's Really Great because They All around Have everything For everyone In The Family. They will sometimes carry exercise equipment. Something For everyone So Do Pop In.
"Buy one get one half off variety" which means you have to spend $40 on one package of underwear to get the next at $20, so you're going to spend a minimum $60 just to get the sale price. Maybe they just don't care because people do more shopping online ? As of writing this they do have a help wanted sign up , so maybe they have no one to clean up the departments ? oh well............I now avoid it.
