Came here and I was helped right away no issues at all . My tv was fixed in under 15 minutes. Very spacious and A/C environment. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!! Definitely would recommend him , helped me all the way to the car thank you again !

I walked in with a destroyed iPhone 6 screen. Chuck was able to help me out within 35 minutes I was out the door with a working phone. And had a great conversation too!
I had a very long winded experience with my phone getting fixed, BUT the key thing was, throughout the experience, I was met with customer service care that I have never seen before. I felt like I was a person, not a bag of money to Frank. Instead of trying to charge me for each time I came there, he sought to bring a solution to the problem without charging me for each visit. In the end I had to get a replacement for my phone, and during the interim when my last phone was unusable, he allowed me to borrow one of his. My carrier would never offer me a back up, just a sucks to be you. If you want to be treated right and have a wonderful experience to compliment your crappy situation of broken electronics, go here!
