Not only did they perform great work, but their customer service was amazing! We had them come out to fix some nail pops as part of our 1 year follow up with our builder of a new home. We have a 2 month old baby that was taking a nap and I was going to go pick him up so they could work, but the guys suggested to let him keep sleeping. They were in and out of his room quickly and worked very quietly. I watched on the monitor and the baby didn't even stir! I was one very thankful momma!
The one rating is for my experience with one of the drivers. As I was traveling down Jefferson Davis Turnpike approximately 4:40 p.m. on September 20th a technician for this company, a young man with a beard and glasses and who's somewhat heavy was driving with a Hispanic looking man in the driver side, and another man in the back who was not seated, and they thought it would be funny to spray me with water almost causing me to wreck my motorcycle. I confronted the man as they apologized and then sped off. I called the shop to describe the worker and they told me they had no clue who it was. I've asked for the owner's name and the receptionist would not give me that information. She said they open at 7:30 but no one would be there. She was evasive and absolutely no help.
