Do not, I repeat DO NOT, waste your time going to see Penny Sprecher because you will never get even see her to get your results. My testing was completed back in the Spring and she has either canceled every appointment since or expects her patients to wait 5+ hours after their scheduled appointment time because "She got behind."
They quickly assessed my youngest son within two months. Now I can get a proper iep for him in school. They have an awesome staff that is friendly and straight forward.

The staff at Family Connections tries very hard to meet the needs of the individual. Our mission is to provide our clients from all walks of life with quality services and psychological evaluations. Our efforts are evident through customer satisfaction surveys. Sometimes an evaluation may take longer than anticipated due to the complexity of the issues; missed appointments and rescheduled appointments that may also extend the process. In the case the previous negative review, the assessment was not completed until late in September due to factors that it would be unfair to elaborate on. Further evidence of the quality of our work comes in the form of referrals from those who have worked closely with us in the past. Additionally, numerous individuals have traveled up to three hours one way is a testimony that they are happy with the service we have provided for them. In the event that a person is not pleased, we do reach out and contact them and do whatever we can to make it right.
I love family connections,i moved here from Georgia in 2008 and I have been taking my children to penny Sprecher every since then. She is the most loving caring person you could ever meet. Her receptionist is a great, sweet, kind hearted person, as well. It's clean neat and always smells so good in her office.
Edit: To add a little more info I just received a call from Dr. Sprecher today 10/01/16 asking me to pull the review and that she has filed for Google to remove it.
I will also give a little more details in what transpired during my time to see her. I had finished all of my evaluations and testing by May, but she could not see me again until either late June or early July because she was taking time off. About two days before my appointment I received a call saying that Dr. Sprecher would not be available that day, so I would need to reschedule to a later day. It was not until about a month later she had another opening. I was about 10 minutes late, but had spoken with the receptionist when I was tied up in traffic, and I was told it wasn't a problem because Dr. Sprecher had not even arrived yet. I waited about 2 hours past my appointment in the lobby. During that time had spoken with another person that was still waiting to be seen before me and been waiting about an hour longer than I had already. I could not wait any longer at that point and spoke with the receptionist and another lady that does the testings, neither of which felt that it was very acceptable. I would not be until another month later that I was to be seen from there, but I accidentally recorded the wrong day down and had to reschedule yet again. I luckily was able to get another appoint only two weeks away this time. However, on the day of my appointment I received a call about 10 minutes before my appointment and was told Dr. Sprecher had somehow forgotten about a court appearance and had to reschedule yet again. That is when I finally decided to post this review and warn others before they experience it firsthand.
