I always ask for Dr. Kim Clements if she is on duty. She is thorough, professional, and caring. She takes her time and I always feel like I am getting terrific medical care.
Went in on November 13th because I've been in pain for weeks and at this point can't move my neck, missing work and in tears all the time. Jonathan Pender is the worst Dr I've ever been to. Uncaring, horrible bedside manner, didn't seem to care at all. Have been to Patient First a lot of times and never been treated that way. He's a jerk and needs to go work at McDonald's. Thanks for nothing.
Dr. Arthur Lindsay is such a compassionate and caring doctor. The staff that was there with him last night, Nov 1st, were wonderful!!!!!

They were very nice here the physician that saw me was very thorough. When explained to the the issue I was having and the test I wanted ran they accommodated me by running the requested test. My sister referred me here since I am new to the VA area and I am currently without a primary care physician. I would recommend them to anyone one of the best medical experiences I have had in quite sometime.
This was actually a pleasant experience. Was in and out under 30 minutes with a prescription.
