This office is the worst EVER!! Won't return calls. Won't send a bill. Then you get a cancellation notice because their incompetent. Been with State Farm for 25 years. Moved here 18 months ago. Never had an issue until this idiotic Branch. They have been so INEPT from day one. We reported them hoping they would get their act together. NOT THE CASE. I have 3 vehicles and just purchased a 4 th in October. STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A PREMIUM. CALL CALLCALLCALL. NOW WE RECEIVED ANOTHER CANCELLATION ON THE NEW VEHICLE THAT WE ONLY HAD FOR SIX WEEKS. WTF. WHAT EVER YOU DO STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENT ANDCSTAFF. INEPT,INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Could not reach anyone EVER!!! Customer service was non-existent this is hands down one of the worst branches ever was with State Farm for 5 years and moved to RVA and received cancellation within two months of living here because of their negligenc. I did not try to renew my policy with State Farm solely for the actions of this office
