Horrible horrible customer service, veterinarian has his wife as the office manager, I asked this professional Dr. to return my call related to his wife who laughed at me and sarcastically insinuated that I was trying to tell her how conduct her business. after I humbly asked if I could have a prescription approved by online pharmacy. After she explained that I could only use their services. I simply said is it possible that you can mail the prescription to my home, I normally work 12 hours and don't have a way to get to your office before you close. This women who again laughed. She explained how this was a family business and not a office that treated patients, so her husband the veterinarian called and left a message not on the number we provided, but on the last owners line, three months after I asked that he call. they would like to end the relationship and transfer his records. Really!!! I surely have met people who believe that they can speak rude, sarcastic, and even have their husbands shrink and let this bully say and even reply " That I must have misunderstood the conversation " Well no, I can understand that your little practice in chesterfield and Chester probably caters to a certain type of customers, but as many festivals, review sites, yelp,google, facebook, I intend on , making sure and that your wife's fake little smile, and replies to my reviews, are incorrect, and she demonstrated herself just like a bully, and she took Delight in telling me that her husband was my animals Vet, her exact words when I asked if the veterinarian could call me, so I can explain how rude she was, she again laughed and stated," oh well let's see, that's an easy one it's my husband. " and again my reply!!!! but he lives with you I'm sure he knows how rude you are. So if you happen to be reading this site, please tell your friends and family and Neighbors. Chester Animal Clinic , and their other business Courthouse. Please take your pet somewhere else. A business that fails to treat all their customers. With respect and dignity, is a business that you shouldn't spend your money. I don't care if you've been in business 21 years or 1 year. To treat a new customer poorly, and my opinion, ruins any good reviews that you had in 21 or however long you have been in business, the reason ukrop's was so wonderful, customer service. I'm not sure if you've ever heard of this, the customer's always right, and really all the customer wants to hear , and you might want to write this one down. " I'm so sorry for your experience, is there anything that we can reasonably to do to help" and avoid the laugh and are you trying to tell me how to run my business!!!! So Mr Husband, you may want to return a call to a patients owner, 1# first use the number that was provided, I never would share information with someone else. And most importantly, you may want to call your clients family member and say how may I help you ? I understand that, there may have been a misunderstanding. And finally. Check your wife and her rude mouth. I will add sir that I would like to thank you for providing my pet with a replacement prescription, that had three refills after my husband went ahead an paid your enormous online fee, for the bravecto, " I'm very interested to see, if in fact if my dog's second refill request that has already been written by you is honored ? Especially since we paid you very well for an annual exam,
This is my vet I use for all of my pets if you need help with meds they give you multiple options ofrom high to low and they make sure your pet is looked all over.
First appointment this afternoon, after moving across the country. What a find! My dog was calmer than she has ever been at a vet visit. Great vibes! The entire staff was incredibly loving & attentive to my pup, and just very personable overall. The icing on the cake was their very reasonable pricing! Best vet office I've ever been to, and I've been to several! Highly recommend!
I love this clinic. They've always gone above and beyond to help my fur baby. They're always thinking about the patients and they don't try to over charge you. A very loving and knowledgeable staff!
