Very lacking in communication. Has increased prices and decreased hours this year and has not returned multiple calls or emails. The storage place across the street is more cost effective and offers 24hour access.
Good prices
I have rented a 10x15 storage unit for the past year and half. When I first moved in, the manager was VERY helpful in making sure I had the right size unit and was accommodating of my hasty move into the place. I live out of town now and ongoing payment is easy since it is simply charged to my credit card monthly. I've visited my unit several times since I moved my belongings there and everything has been just fine.
Reasonable prices
Used this place for Storage for a few months prior to our move to Williamsburg. Overall we had a few issues with mistakes by the Storage Facility itself.
Highly recommend this place. Clean units, friendly manager, convenience location and easy access.
