The only reason I am giving this location 2 stars is because of the physician. Great vet service but the service from the rest of the place makes it not worth it. The vet was and has always been wonderful but the rest of the staff (techs/billing/etc) are abysmal. I paid in full for a year worth of visits and every time I called or visit I was constantly harassed for payment and I had to remind them that I had paid in full. On any and all visits they seemed to be unclear on what tests were needed. They denied my request for a heart worm medical refill because they were not competent enough to notify me on a 7/31/17 appointment that my dog's test expired on 8/8/17 and do the test while I was in the office. The wait times were unreasonable because it doesn't seem that they are able to find anyone that knows what is going on with billing or office management. The headache of having to deal with anyone other than the vet just doesn't make it worth going here.
Same day appointment, in with Vetrenarian on time. Vet got on the floor with my dog in his lap! Examination was very thorough, and price was under what I expected.
They are amazing ! A little wait tho but well worth it ! The docs there answered any questions i had and tryed helping the best way they could ! They even got down in the floor and loved on my dog and acted like they loved there job !!! Best quality ive had so far ! Will continue going here ! Thank you guys
The workers are always happy to see my dogs and allow you to go into the room with them for their check up.
I agree with all the great comments prior to mine. We were new to the area a year ago and Centralia Animal Hospital was highly recommended to us. They have taken care of many of Buddy and Gidget's ailments with success and we could not be more pleased. I want to add one more thing that I will never forget, when I came to pick Buddy up after surgery one evening, the Veterinarian himself carried Buddy to the car. Thank all of the staff for being so wonderful to us!
