The food is really good. Basically sandwiches and appetizers but it’s all quality stuff. What they have works well. They make minor tweaks and have different specials, but it’s pretty straightforward. Hopefully they don’t change this up as it’s really good. Don’t expect full blown entrees since their kitchen is limited. But hey, there are plenty of full up restaurants right close by. Start here for a few beers or come by after dinner for a couple.
I’m on travel to this area a lot for work and I come here often. They always have a great selection of beer, and the rotating taps are a great idea. They have some basic “beer” in bottles in case you’re not a craft beer person. They also have a small but good selection of red and white wine on hand.
This place is well run and very consistent. Hopefully they don’t try and change anything too much because what they have works extremely well. Make sure you stop by!!
Great place to get a beer, sit and relax. Friendly knowledgeable staff. They also have really good special events like tap take overs and steal the pint. They also have great music from time to time.
Nice friendly place to hang out and have one or two cold brews from the 20 varieties of beer on tap or something in the bottle. Nice selection of a few wines as well, if I am in the mood. Beer is my normal preference. The staff is frendly and knows their beer, which is helpful if you can't decide what it is that your pallet is requesting. Always puts on a good time with the live music venues and acoustic sets. If you are hungry, they have a good selection of food as well. Keep up the spirits. This is the first time I've had a bad experience at The Taphouse and I'm so disappointed that I'll probably never look forward to going there again. The beers on tap were awesome-as always. The lackluster service and room-temperature food were what ruined my most recent dinner there with friends. The waitress seemed to forget about us and our food after she took our order, and I watched her have a lengthy dramatic conversation with someone sitting at the bar in the middle of cashing us out which held her up A VERY LONG TIME while we just sat and watched her go on and on...after waiting what seemed like forever and then finally eating a room-temp sandwich (that was supposed to be a wrap) with unmelted cheese and hardly any guac, I was already disappointed with her service and having to waiting even longer to cash out so we could leave made matters worse. I'll definitely be back for a beer but I wont waste my money on food, especially if we have the same waitress.
This is a great local run taphouse. They have a good variety of craft beer on tap that is always changing. The staff is inviting and friendly. Kat, Kyle and Anthony are great and always have good suggestions if you don’t know what you like. The appetizers are also fresh and good. Nice place to come for a few beers and dinner. My wife and I frequent this place at least once a week. Come by and check it out, you won’t be disappointed.
The staff is amazing. Kat, Anthony, and Kyle are all extremely friendly and always remember what you like. You genuinely feel welcome when you step into this place. The owner Mike is also a great guy and takes time to talk to all of the customers. The back patio is nice if you want to smoke or just sit outside.
