Horrible! No show No call on Father's Day, unbelievable!!! I call to hear an unprofessional person answer Hello and then have to scream over a baby crying in the background, most unprofessional experience I've ever had!
I ordered an arrangement and the recipient was not home. They left a note for the recipient to come pick up. I called and asked their hours and was told the delivery driver would REDELIVER it that night! That is customer service at its best! No questions asked and no extra charge. Thanks so much!
