Ordered a deluxe arrangement for my mother and they sent the right flowers, but the wrong vase. The vase "makes" this arrangement what it is and they sent a regular cheap glass one, that you can get at wal-mart. Their website says they substitute flowers if they run out or its a holiday. It does not mention substitute vases for any orders . Mine was a upgraded order at that. I called them 3 different times and the phone rang and rang with no answer or voice mail option during store hours. Unprofessional, way of handling things. No courtesy notification, sub for equal or better vase, credit partial money back. I won't use them again.
I ordered a white rose and lavender arrangement for my mother's birthday from Swineford Florist. Shortly after I placed the order I received a call from the manager explaining that they did not have any lavender so they would have to use a different purple flower. When the flowers were delivered they were white and purple carnations and babies breath. There were no white roses in it at all. The flowers also smelled really strongly of cigarette smoke. While they did give me a discount when I called to complain, I still ended up paying 40 dollars for a bouquet of carnations that smelled like smoke. I would not recommend getting flowers from them.
i usually have to buy sympathy flowers if you get them from swineford florist they are wonderful if they have to use another florist to make and deliver the flowers it is hit or miss
Don't bother. My flowers were wilted and I received less flowers than advertised. Called to complain and was offered no compensation for the 70 dollars in flowers that look like they have been sitting outdoors for 72 hours... worst experience I've ever had with a florist.
This florist is awful! To make it simple the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing! The order was placed online, I still was required to call and confirm it by phone yet they still messed it up! A flower was being sent to a breast cancer survivor and these people sent someone's grandmother an It's A Girl arrangement! When I asked to be reimbursed they offered me a $4.99 credit which was no where near the $64 spent on the arrangement! First and last time myself or my office will order from this place! Thanks for nothing!!!!
