I googled best men's haircut in Chester, Jazz Barber pulled up. I went to check it out, on arrival the guys were super friendly, Calvin had me come right in and have a seat. I got one of the best cuts I ever had. Calvin was awesome, makes you feel right at home. I would really recommend you stop and check them out.
Barber completely messed up my hair. Over heard the barber saying he doesn't have his license yet and waited over an hour with only one person in front of me.
