Good Day patrons and possible future patrons of Supercuts of Chester!!! I am here to tell each and every one of you that RACISM IS STILL A VERY NASTY SICKNESS!!! I am the fiancé of Itashia Ray! Previously an employee of Supercuts (Chester). . . (Please Read Her Reviews Below)!!! She was bullied continuously by a man named Constatine. Although she has endured continual racism, at one point daily, but most definitely, on a weekly basis from new employees AND this guy. This Chester location is a very racist and misguided establishment! They have now lost their most talented employee due to ignorance! I’ve been tempted to approach this guy on many different occasions, AS THE MAN AND PROTECTOR THAT I AM. I will never belittle myself nor misrepresent my Queen, to prove anyone else wrong due to their ignorance! Doing so provokes too many evils upon me and as being an educated Hebrew Israelite or (black man) I am allotted VERY FEW mistakes or honest, true hearted, confrontations to state my factual opinions TO ANOTHER MAN about this situation because he’s another shade of skin than I!! In that particular area of Chester, people judge others with an unfair attitude and prevalent racism! I’m giving this situation to God because he knows best and WE will be safe from harm!! This is not a demotion but an advancement of promotion and overdue showing and appreciation of worth! Being presented the few options that I have, this is my other avenue of expressing my feelings! God Bless each of you, and if you must go to this location. Sarah and Barbara are their best stylist! Good luck to all!!

Constantine cannot cut hair I told him to cut my son hair as a fade the cut was sadly horrible he perceeded to do his own style after I told him what to do then when I went again the lady who cut my son hair also took all of my son edges off they basically destroyed my both sons edges I DNT recommend any one to go cut there here in super cuts they cannot cut hair you will regret getting your hair cut when you come out with no edges

Next he moved on to wetting my hair and swiftly lopping off 1/2in the front, aka bangs to him. Again, the manner in which he would measure with his hand or comb was inconsistent and did not seem to have a method to verify length. I don't expect someone to pull out a ruler and literally take off a cm, but I have always had stylist, barbers, or I think anyone who has cut hair more than once, a system in which the start in one spot and work their way around and end up back where they started verifying consistency across the head. He snipped in one spot the moved to a different spot and snipped there.

The stylist took me back to his chair and I explained it had been two weeks and mostly needed my neckline and ears cleaned up and the stlye explanation above. At this point he used all of same equipment to cut my hair as the previous gentlemen's. I just moved to VA so maybe cleaned combs, towel, and such are not a mandated thing like every other place I have ever been, ever.

Carol, as she addressed herself, did a horrible job on my haircut. I came back the next day after realizing the hatchet job and the store manager spent a half hour trying to make amends. She actually stated that I needed some parts of my hair to grow out, telling me to come back in a couple weeks because the damage was too severe. Suffice it to say I’m finding somewhere else for a simple haircut.

Being fairly upset about this cut I felt a full review was necessary. I don't often do online reviews, but if service at a place deserves input good or bad I ensure they know. I called to try to leave the name of the individual who cut my hair. The stylist answered the phone and I asked who had been cutting hair and he stated Tasha and Consta. I don't think he was a Tasha, so I'm going with Consta. Probably one in the same with the review from last month on Constatine.

When I got home and washed out the product I assessed the damage. If you could mix the wolverine hairstyle with a Marine palm sized high and tight, that's what I got. Long front patch with alcoves cut out in random places varying in 1/2in length. No consistency anywhere.

I came in for a very simply mens trim, 1.5 medium fade and to take less than a centimeter of the top. It had been two weeks to the day from my last cut so it should have been obvious what I wanted. As I came in a gentlemen who had just completed getting his hair cut was getting up from the chair and told his stylist "well it will have to do." In hindsite I obviously should have asked that customer what he meant, but 8 minutes later I fully understood.

All in all, the worst haircut I have every had to pay for. He did offer a discount to offset the fact that there was a back to front fade of over an inch. It was a $2 discount. The military discount. The same one I get with the military ID I was showing him.

He starts the cut by telling me he needs to trim 3/4in off my bangs and I said absolutely not. I want less than 1cm off any part of the top, if any came off. He then proceeded to trim the top, back of my head in a careless manner without any sort of measuring or consistency. He literally just straightened his arms out, flicked my hair up with the comb, and cut it at about "yeah long." Yeah, being an imaginary length in which he took off anywhere from 1/2 to 1 1/2in. This left roughly 1/2in on the top back of my head.

As a wise man once told me, "we can fix it when it grows out." That wise man was the stylist who just butchered my hair.

Had an amazing experience! Friendly staff tasha did an fantastic job on my short haircut! I absolutely love it!! Defiantly would recommend

He then shifted to the trimmers, which seemed to go ok until I got home to see the line going across the back ear to ear from one guard length to the other. Literally zero fade. I don't have any complaints about his neckline and over the ears, but gentle would not be a word used for his efforts.

He flicked my hair around some more and stated he would put product in my hair and would check everything after that. At this point I was already quite confused with his work tactics and would not be back to have my hair cut by him. He pulled out American Crew Fiber, which I use normally, and scooped out a silver dollar sized dollop. Before I could say a thing it was gloupped all over in my hair like solid clay. He then used his comb to remove it from my hair and attempted to style. There was so much product in my hair it was matted "up." Not simply brushed to one side like I asked for and showed up with.
