Went to buy some weed eater line and no one greeted me as I walked in nor did anyone come down the aisle to ask if I needed help. There were employees just standing around and one employee was down the aisle I was in but he completely ignored myself and another gentleman. This place is okay and accessible since I live right across the street but from now on I think I will take my business elsewhere. No customer service training. Such a shame.
I'm in here for one thing or another 2-3 times a week. Everyone is friendly and helps when you need something big moved, or something cut. When I needed just a tiny amount of floor runner, they gave me a 'scrap' piece and said not to worry about it. At the lumber exit, Ardra is the best and always has a smile.
This is my go to place for whatever I may need concerning our home. Conveniently located right off the highway. Staff is so professional and product knowledge at its best. This visit I needed some recess lighting light bulbs. The customer service rep Stephon was so awesome, he answered all of my questions and guided me in choosing what was the best product for my home needs. He was very patient and explained everything to me regarding the difference in light bulbs and what I needed. Thank you Stephon. Will most definitely be returning again and again.. oh and their prices are way better than many of their competitors..
Our experience was absolutely terrible with Home Depot's carpenter crew. The crew that participated in the Chesterfield Moose Lodge carpet installation treated the entire business poorly. After paying in full it took an entire week for a 2 day deadline for the work in a 2 room establishment to be finished and that was only after the head of the crew spoke to our bar manager with no respect and failed to meet the requirements in which she was given orders to direct them on what the specific needs of the establishment. The work we paid for was done sloppy; they left half of the carpet undone during the beginning, leaving open nails around the bar area where most people interact, leaving many safety hazards around for the children, adults, and elderly that accompany our building and not coming back to repair it until a week later. The dance floor and dining area towards the back of the building had half of the carpet done and the other half where they removed older carpet they failed to finish and for another week left open carpet glue on the flooring where heavy traffic takes place, causing yet another safety hazard for those who participate in karaoke, dance, and parties containing food and drinks to be present. Due to our very busy scheduling we were unable to close for longer than the 2 days it was supposed to take to be finished and it ended up taking an entire week (Sunday to Sunday) and our guests were exposed to a very dangerous environment during the course of their "work". It was unfair and the gentlemen running the operation was very rude, uninterested in our requests, and lazy from what our staff could manage to see due to his poor timing on our property and disregard to the facility's safety.
Kitchen designer Howard B. is the most helpful, patient customer service provider I have met during the long period in which I've been renovating my home. I had my reservations about going with a big box store for kitchen cabinets, but they turned out to have the best price, variety, and top notch customer service. If you need help with the design and selection process, this store can't be beat. And the installers they subcontract with who put in my cabinets did a fantastic job. I couldn't be more pleased.
