I couldn’t be happier with our first experience here! We have a pit bull that’s pretty big, so most people act terrified of him. I’m always very nervous about leaving my baby with anyone. When he was dropped off, everyone came out to love him. Capone is a mommas boy, but he won’t let me near his nails or ears. I was pleasantly surprised when he was picked up and they told us just how well he did. Clean ears, clipped nails and a very happy dog! We will absolutely recommend them to everyone and be taking Capone back!! Thank you guys for taking such good care of my big baby?
Have taken my dog, a yorkie, to here several times. On his card, I ask for a specific way for his hair to be cut (leaving his face and beard longer). When I picked up my dog today, it was clear the person who cut his hair had not followed his particular card as his face was incredibly short, he had no beard, etc. He also had no bandana (not a huge deal, but still a nice extra touch!), and the hair on his face wasn't straight like it normally is. The hair on his face was literally all chopped off!!!
Great, friendly staff who obviously love animals. Very reasonably priced. Adorable groom for my large breed dog.
I reached out to the business, and was not at all impressed with their level of customer service. I sent them pics of my dog's haircut today and how they normally do it. Their response was that I can bring him in tomorrow to get the unevenness fixed. The last thing I wanted was them to cut his already short hair even shorter! I responded to their one response (politely), remarking that I understand it is a human service so things might not always be perfect, but I was disappointed to have spent $50 and not get what I asked for, and no one ever even responded to me.
Also, the floor wasn't swept at all during the day!
Love the staff very friendly and care a lot about the dogs here. Hands down the ONLY place I will bring my dogs!
I'm only giving 3 stars because though the staff seems very nice they ignore instructions that you give. I took my Shih Tzu in and showed numerous pictures of how I wanted his cut. When i picked him up I was shocked! The cut was exactly what I said I did not want! There were just 2 young girls there as he was the last dog picked up so I waited till the next morning to call. I was told they couldn't put the hair back but would note it on his card for next time! Customer service is horrible.
