These people do not care about their tenants or their properties. My wife and I went in a few weeks ago to view a house they had for rent. We drove 35 minutes to their office because no one would meet us at the property. After driving 25 minutes back towards where we came from to view the house, we spent 5 minutes inside and left. The previous tenant left nasty furniture in the house and personal items in the bathroom.
We then drove back to the office to return the key and I informed them about the furniture. Their response was "Oh, we know. It was the previous tenants. If the next tenant wants to throw the stuff away, they can." She then had the audacity to ask if I wanted to fill out an application.
I want to personally thank Riley for helping my wife and I find the perfect home. After my job transfer, I was very unfamiliar with the area and Riley showed me around some good neighborhoods in Richmond, Hopewell, and Petersburg until we found the perfect community. He even gave me a tour of some of the historical and entertainment spots for our family to enjoy in our new home.
