Excellent service, friendly & polite associates. My 3rd time this week. Great food for a reasonable price.
When I was seventeen, I worked at a Jimmy John's in downtown Baltimore. We had one of the franchise owners mostly present and corporate visited at least quarterly. I now understand why this occurs to maintain quality control and enforce the standards. This location needs more leadership presence. After our recent visit yesterday (November 24th, 2017) we won't be returning until this place shapes up. We walked in , only 1 person in line yet our whole ordering process took much longer than necessary due to a tall chubby black guy who was working the grill, chit chatting with another employee who cut in front of us because she wanted her complementary meal/or to place her order while gossiping with him and nothing else was more important than that. (She was also a slightly chubby black girl) He then touched EVERY surface he possible could with his gloves before returning to my bowl which for some reason ended up touching my rice with said glove. I watched in horror, if this is how they are acting in front of us who knows what unsanitary things are going ok behind the scenes. Anyways moving down the line was a perky white girl who I'm sure meant well but every time she closed the bowls her stomach ended up pushing into them and she had guac smear accross the belly part of her apron. Finally we get to the register to what seemed like a Spanish girl working at the end, she was ok nothing to complain about there. Drum roll, after this whole ordeal and being in a rush since we were traveling we just paid for our order and left. Once we were able to begin eating our food what do you know- its tasteless and on top of it all we found HAIR in ALL of our food that after trying to brush it off and becoming completely disgusted we took pictures then discarded our food making it a complete waste of food and money. Again we were on a trip so we just ate the chips and guac while our main course the bowls were discarded unfortunately. Like seriously- I described the employees the best way I can, hopefully they will become mature enough to understand the importance of sanitation and customer courtesy. We didnt really feel welcomed at this location nor were we impressed. I really enjoy chipotle to the point where I'm giving gift cards often but this experience was extremely disappointing.
It was good service but the place was kinda not clean. The workers were not very friendly and the building is under renovations. The pool was a little mirky and the hot tub was barely working and the pool entrance door didn't work. The lower level latrine was dirty and not clean. But other than that it is pretty nice. The rooms are great, I got the suite and it is your own bedroom and a common room both with TV's. The bathrooms are clean but could use some a little TLC.
Best customer service I've had thus far at a Chipotle. Had trouble with my card bc of travel and the manager took care of it in no time. Couldn't be happier. Great food and even better employees!
It was a really nice experience. The manager was open to meet with customers and greet them. The location was clean. The sauces were fresh and delicious. The food in general was great. A lot of quality food for the price.
