Really, REALLY slow. I mean, I got my food quickly but by the time the people I was woth got theirs, my food was pretty much cold.
I always love the food so I wasn't sure what star rating to give. But the front desk service sucks. On the cell phones all the time. I waited 10 mins before they even deciding to start cooking for an order that was to go for me. And the two guys at the front are not respectful to ppl that ARE in the restaurant
Place is always filthy. They changed staff so the food is horrible now. All workers look unprofessional and are rude. I do not recommend eating here if you value your life.
I've been to this place 3 times the food is good but my third experience was horrible. I haven't even tasted the food and I pray that I don't find hair or any other object in my food. The cooks did not have on gloves and they were playing around the food the entire time I waited. I was told 35 minutes and got there to wait another 35 minute. The cooks were wiping their face with hands, picking at sores, and stroking their fingers with their hair and going right back to cook food. I mentioned it to the manager and he seemed like he could careless. No gloves, no hairnets, unprofessional, and disgusting behavior to be around food. I will no longer be spending my money at this business.
Let me just say, I LOVE this place (and I will return), but not today....1st we called in the order to reduce wait time. Told 35 minutes. Got there exactly 35 minutes from placing order and it wasn't ready.
