This is the rudest Doctor I have ever encountered. He was dismissive, unprofessional, and incompetent. He said he didn't know how to do a simple procedure and stormed out of the room. I am honestly in disbelief that he is still in business if this is how he treats patients seeking treatment.
Dr. West may be the best doctor in Virginia but getting past his incompetent scheduling staff is a different story all together. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Whatever happened to "Common Sense" and compassion. I usually will not give a bad review to someone who I haven't done business with, but I wrote this review for you Dr. Wax. Your staff cost you money today...
Can't rave enough about Dr. Wax! It's hard to find a great doctor to take his time with you. I highly recommend him!
