I'm in love with Dr Daphne Bryan & Gaylen Tassell,NP
Wish there was an option for no stars!!! This facility staffs their personnel with people who know nothing about insurance procedures or how to schedule an appointment. They then blame their mistake on the customer as a way of disguising their inability to help patients. Will not be returning and wish to warn all who are thinking of using this facility. They need to properly train their staff on how to approach and execute the basic fundamentals of scheduling and working with customers/ insurance providers.
My appt was 10:45 & I arrived~10:20. I am still waiting to see a doctor. I asked how much longer I have to wait after 40 minutes waiting. No goodexplanation other than they are running late. It is 10:58 & finally seeing s doctor.
Very up to date facilities. Friendly staff. Enjoy Dr. Tassell's bedside manner.
I have been very happy with Gaylen. As a health care practitioner myself, I am pretty hard to please. She takes time with patients and listens to what's going on. I never had an issue with the front desk staff, but I feel it is unfortunately not uncommon and I wouldn't hold that against the clinician.
