Had my first visit with her yesterday....she was my 3rd consult as the first 2 just didn't make me feel like they were the right Dr. After my first visit I am more than convinced that my eye care/surgery will be done by a very competent doctor. I will do a follow up post. Surgery went well have had 2 follow up visits and will be having the right eye done on the 11th. She is a very competent and caring doctor. I am so thankful my primary doctor recommended her.
Trash pure trash buyer beware, staff members are completely rude and the doctors bedside Manor is herndous. Prepare for no parking or parking in tow away zones and over 2 hour appointments. Wouldn't bring my dog here.
I have been a patient of Doctor Silverstein for over a decade now, and have never received anything short of exemplary services. She is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and takes times to answer any and all questions in a perfectly understandable manner. She is genuinely interested in all her patients and keeps notes about all of them in their folder, so she can ask personalized questions instead of just rote repetition of the same old empty pleasantries we usually exchange; I'm pretty sure she still has notes from my first visit. I have and continue to recommend everyone I can to Doctor Silverstein: her and her staff have my utmost confidence and respect.
