Went in for a visit to get a shot they said they had. Waited in waiting room for an hour for them to come and tell us the shot is expired and aren't able to give it to me. They voided the pay for the visit and gave us a prescription to fill at a pharmacy. Went to the pharmacy and told us they couldn't give me the shot because it's not a minute clinic. Couple days later a bill comes in the mail a copay for the visit. We didn't receive anything at that visit and they said they voided the credit card transaction. Called them and they said we had to pay cause we saw a doctor. But I didn't get the shot that they promised. The staff was very ruse and the doctor we saw was Melissa Payne.
I have been going here for years. Dr. Beckwith and his nurse Mary have always taken care of me and I trust, and am glad he is very thorough not only with me but my husband as well and goes above and beyond.

Being one to be rather picky about doctors, I do have to say, Dr Beckwith is the most caring person in the profession I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with. He actually takes the time to listen and go over things with you rather than get in, get a slip of paper, and get out as most of my other experiences seem to be. Exceptionally good with young children and very laid back. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a family physician. Love Nurse Mary as well. She is very good at what she does and keeps things moving smoothly and as quickly as possible for everyone.
Great practice. They offered me coupons to save me money on my monthly prescription that saved me almost 100 dollars per month! You guys rock! Leaving my old practice for Chester Family Medical care! Keep up the good work!
