Horrible service! I have been trying for over a month to obtain medical records for a child I am caring for and they can not get their act together. I have waited on hold for extended periods of time multiple times per day for over a week now. They can not even answer the phone in a timely manner. I finally got a real person on the people and they are stating I need to sign more paperwork. I signed paperwork over a month ago, you would think they would have everything together so that I could sign it all at once instead of having people come in multiple times. Just poor service all around. I can't even imagine how terrible the Patient Care is if the front desk is so bad! I am giving them a 1 star because I can not proceed without pushing at least 1 start, but they should get a negative star!
Dr. Rose has zero bedside mannerd and seems not to really care about patients. I thought maybe he had a bad but my husband had the same experience. If you need a quick appointment then this is your place it's definitely a quantity over quality type of office.
Love Dr. Goodman and the staff. Couldn't ask for a better Family Practice.
The doctor did not want to fill out fmla paperwork and forgot to send in my prescritpions to the pharmacy.
I do not think they even deserve this one star, however, it would not let me give no stars. I went to this practice and had the worst experience ever. The lady who fist greeted me appeared unhappy and grumpy. She had no personality whatsoever. It would appear she does not like her job, so maybe she needs to move onto another job. Not sure what her problem is. It went from that, to being called back by the doctor's nurse. She also appeared unhappy, grumpy, and overall uninterested in her job. She was snippy and short with me when I asked her a few questions. At this point, I must say, I was over this place! Next, a Dr. Risser comes in. Yeah, let me say, not a nice lady. She also had a general overall "I don't give a S**T attitude. She had no bedside manner! The worst was there was a patient in another room next to mine and I could here her being awful to the patient in the room next to mine. I felt so bad for the patient in the next room! You could hear everything she was saying to this poor client because she was speaking so loud. I did not want to even see this woman after I heard her speak to this poor client the way she did. I am not sure if this lady is having a hormonal imbalance or is just naturally this way, but to speak to your clients in such a humiliating way, and others can hear you, what a shame. I will never go back!
