Clean establishment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool indoor great for winter visitors. Lobby inviting pleasant.
Hotel had 1 woman running entire hotel on a holiday weekend. No staff whatsoever. No towels in room, hairs and crumbs in the bedsheets. My family and I had to get sheets and towels from front desk, then had to remake our own beds. Boxes of furniture stacked in main entry, dining area, and outside hotel in drop off area, couldnt have people meet at hotel. Manager unavailable, assistant manager could care less.
Very nice hotel. It is in a busy part of Chester but there is plenty of shopping and food within a 2 mile radius. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
Nice hotel for a nice price. Convenient location for an overnight stay to our vacation destination. Only grief was that our room was very hot upon arrival and didn't get cold until late night. Square pillows were also unusual. Firm beds felt great on my back though! Breakfast was also good!
This is not the cleanest of hotels. My roommate had a couple bloodstains on one of his pillow cases. The dust was outragous to the point that there were fluffs all over the bed. There was some sort of black staining on the shower curtain. The customer service was great however and the breakfast was decent. We stayed here on business and they were very busy during the weekend. If I was away on pleasure I probably wouldnt stay here. It is convenient to I-95 and there are many places for dining.
