This place needs to be shut down and a complete gut & remodel prior to reopening.

Do not stay here. It's really a zero star place. The hall and “non-smoking” room smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The sheets and bedspread had cigarette burn marks. The smoke detector had been pulled out of the wall and was totally missing--a blatant safety and code violation. The dresser drawers were all broken, in pieces, with parts of the drawers leaning against the wall. The bathroom caulking had brown mold growing in it. I killed one roach on the door into the room and four in the bathroom. The phone in the bedroom was disconnected. The electrical sockets didn't work, so my phone couldn't charge. The towels were small and some were stained. The one bar of soap was not adequate for three people with reservations for two nights. We had two rooms (the other was just as bad) and checked out early. When I described the condition of the room to the desk manager, he said that it was no problem--I could tell the manager, but he wasn't in and probably wouldn't fix it anyway. I was concerned I would be charged for the damage in the room and he assured me that it was already well known that items were broken, so I shouldn't worry about that. Given how disgusting the facilities were, I was eager to check out, despite being charged an extra $10 per room for the privilege of leaving a room that should never have been rented out to begin with. I will never stay in a Suburban Extended Stay again. The only question I have is whether it's worth reporting the health and safety violations of the hotel to the county inspectors.

The first room they put me in had a funny odor. Next rm not really... However they said the odor was from bleach and cleaning.. I'm sensitive to smells and I tell you there was no bleach. I brought in my own Lysol and bleach to clean the bathroom and room. Then when I finally get to sit down a giant roach like a palmetto bug in FL starts running around the room and under the bed comes out goes by fridge .. where guess what there's another dead roach next to it... This roach starts chasing me I am trying to put my shoes on and video tape this so every one knows it was real. Very awkward screaming in the video... I know it's a discount hotel, that however is no excuse for uncleanliness and unsanitary... I just stayed at the one in Quantico and it's a complete opposite experience!!!

Worst place that my wife and I have stayed at to date. Has not been dusted for months, A/C & Heating Filters had NOT been cleaned for months. Room was suppose to be a Non-Smoking King size bed, but wreaked of smoke, Mold around bathtub and walls. Floor & Walls Dirty. Furniture very OLD and falling apart. Most lights in room do NOT work. TV Remote is worn out and TV had poor quality.

This is by far the worst place my wife and I ever stayed at. It was a family member we were meeting up with to visit family living locally. It was picked because of the price. There would be no better example of, "you get what you pay for." If you want to pay for the most disgusting, sticky, Roach and bug infested, questionable clientele as well as staff kind of place to stay at, then this is the place for you. They only clean the rooms twice a week, if you can call putting the same sheets with holes and debris on the floor, and when you ask to have it cleaned, they say cleaning is coming on Monday or maybe Thursday. Nothing works and water is not always hot. Police raid this place with battering rams and pull people out or the rooms in handcuffs. Twice either myself or my other member of the family were attempted to be burglarized while we out of the room, and even when your in the room some knocks to see of you are there and say I was looking for someone else. So I hope you get a feel for what kind of clientele comes here, and the staff looks the other way. This place needs to be burned down to ashes and the ground limed for at least a decade before I would recommend stepping on the ground this place once stood. Police

The room has 2 lights that work. 1 in the bathroom and 1 on the table. The bedroom is sticking out from under the bed. The place stinks horribly, hallway and room. The nightstand table top moves and is sticky. The dresser is broken. I saw a bug of some sort in the bathroom. The toilet is kind of dirty. The shower has a dark bottom that looks like mold. The hallway is dirty and there is an abandoned car outside. The A/C-heat into is loud and kicks on every 2 minutes.
