We got to watch TV in three rooms
We have stayed here several times. Each time, someone in our party had to change rooms because the a/c is broken in the room. We love the hotel, but I hope the update the a/c systems before we come next year. Otherwise, staff is anyways very nice and helpful. Lobby is pretty, had been remodeled. Good breakfast, and manager reception. Will come again
How we can go to the pool anytime....
I mean I like Spanish and all but I do not know most of Spanish....
And most workers speak Spanish....
DO NOT STAY HERE. On holiday with husband and son for a 4 night stay. Staff decided not to clean our room for the last two days of our stay. I am contacting corporate.
But I liked it....
Room was clean and very large, there was a full kitchen. Desk staff was helpful and had me checked in fast and they were nice. Breakfast was pretty good, the fresh waffles were a nice treat.
And that most of the hotel was carpet floor

Problem was the space of the suite (Even if we got the biggest suite: 116).....
Situated just off I95, and 7 mins from 288, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers in the immediate area and reasonable travel times to a lot that greater richmond has to offer. Free breakfast and dinner; eating area has very comfortable seating. fitness center on the small side, but there is an indoor pool and jacuzzi, and basketball half court. Rooms have a nice setup with just about everything you need. The pillows are soft but don't collapse which i find ideal. Set back from the main road so you don't hear all of the traffic noise (at least on the west side of the building)
